FAQ’s

  • Each minor and major team has been assigned games to have representation in the concession stand.  See the sign-up genius page for your team’s games.
  • Each player representative (Parent) will be required to serve one shift per season; however you can elect to work more.
  • There will be two volunteers from each team in the concession stand as all times.  This makes the work manageable as well as enjoyable.
  • All members of the Hershey Little League community may sign up for concessions.  We would be happy to have members of t-ball, colts, and teeners volunteer.   Many hands make light work.
  • Your team is required to work the game and time assigned to you; however you may coordinate with a member of another team to fill your slot and you fill theirs.   Ultimately it is the assigned team’s responsibility to fill the volunteer slot.    Please don’t sign up for another teams spot without getting an agreement with another member.
  • Proceeds from the concession stand are 100% invested back into the little league program to provide field maintenance, repairs, uniforms, and play ball activities.  The proceeds are vital to the success of the program
  • The menu is simple and includes drinks, packaged options, candy, healthy options, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, and occasionally burgers and pizza.
  • Providing concessions enhances the baseball experience and is a service to all players, parents, spectators, and coaches.  Your effort with concessions directly improves the baseball experience.
