Hershey Little League will be operating the concession stand located at North / South Field and will be serving food, snacks, and drinks throughout the season.   All proceeds from concessions goes directly back into the program for field maintenance, repairs, uniforms, and play ball activities.  Success of the concession stand is made possible by efforts of the concessions committee and parent volunteers.  Thank you for helping with this team effort. 

How it works:

• The teams playing at North and South field are required to serve at least one shift in the concession trailer throughout the season.  This is mostly limited to minors and majors players. 
• We require the teams playing at North and South to volunteer, however we welcome volunteers from every level of play to help make this successful.  
• A shift is defined as the duration of one game and we request that you show fifteen (15) minutes prior to your scheduled shift. 
• As a volunteer it will be your responsibility to serve drinks, packaged items, hot dogs, pretzels, on some day’s hamburgers, and general clean up. We are keeping the menu simple so the work is easy.  
• Each Minors and Majors baseball team will have a team representative that will be a point of contact for coordinating volunteers from your team.   The team representative will assist in making sure all volunteer slots are filled for your team; help with volunteer sign up on sign-up genius website, and for finding a replacement volunteer if there is a conflict.  The purpose of having a team representative is it provides a liaison for coordinating volunteers and allows coaches to focus on play ball activities.
